Alerian MLP ETN
JPMorgan Chase Financial Company LLC's Alerian MLP Index ETNs (the "ETNs") provide investors a way to gain exposure to energy-oriented master limited partnerships, or MLPs. The ETNs may pay a variable quarterly coupon linked to the cash distributions paid on the MLPs in the Alerian MLP Index® (the "Index"), less accrued investor fees. Investors can seek to trade the ETNs on the NYSE Arca exchange or receive a cash payment at the scheduled maturity or upon early repurchase or redemption, based on the performance of the Index less accrued investor fees and, if applicable, the repurchase fee. The notes are unsecured and unsubordinated obligations of JPMorgan Chase Financial Company LLC, the payment of which is fully and unconditionally guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
Optional Redemption.
On any business day on or after July 26, 2024, we may, in our sole discretion, redeem the notes, in whole or in part.
